Label Image's fully trained and qualified technical team are able to provide support whether technical, servicing, repairs, installation or set-up.

If goods are still under warranty, please Contact Us immediately and send the goods back to us after filling out an RA Form.The team will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible upon receipt of goods. In urgent circumstances, loan units may be provided. 

Our team of technicians are ready to provide assistance to speed up the repair process. Additionally, we also stock on spare parts within the state, and offer on-site service.

Whether the unit is under warranty or not, our sales team would be able to advice any enquiry relating to there equipment, and shall be able to direct you to one of our technical staff to assist with anything relating to these devices.
