Warranty Labels for the Australian Consummer Law

In 2012, there will be new regulation that may require you to state the following warranty on your products.

The wordings would come something like the following:

"Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).  As a comsummer, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damge.  As a consummer, you are also entitled for repais or replacement of the goods that fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a failure such as a defective goods.  We will endeavour to repair or replace such a defective goods for XXX years.... "
